Projects goal is to promote mental well-being and resilience among young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, through mindfulness practices. The project will equip youth workers, educators, and mental health professionals with tools and techniques to support youth mental health.Partner organizations will benefit by expanding their capacity to address mental health, enhancing collaboration, and improving service quality.

Activities

ZenG will implement a series of activities, including research and needs analysis, development of non-formal educational modules and digital tools, and two series of training sessions for youth workers focused on emotional resilience and mental health. Additionally, the project will conduct multiplier events in each partner country to share results, alongside a comprehensive dissemination strategy using a dedicated project website and digital resources.

Impact

ZenG is expected to enhance mental well-being and emotional resilience among young people through mindfulness practices. Youth workers, and mental health professionals will be trained to effectively support young people facing stress and anxiety. The project will produce digital tools and training modules that ensure long-term accessibility. Partner organizations will benefit from improved mental health support capacities and stronger collaboration networks across Europe.
