The INNERWISE project aims to strengthen young people's psychological wellbeing, emotional resilience, self-awareness and active participation in society through practical, accessible learning tools. The project addresses the growing need for psychological skills in youth work, helping young people better understand their emotions, manage stress, build confidence and navigate everyday challenges. Through research, participatory Design Labs and pilot activities across Denmark, Sweden and Greece, the project will engage 300 young people aged 18–30 and train 30 youth workers, with particular attention to young people facing social, economic and cultural barriers. Nine practical psychological micro-tools will be developed and tested together with young people, focusing on emotional regulation, self-reflection, confidence and inclusion. The project will also produce the INNERGUIDE Handbook, an online Mini Academy and an accessible digital Hub, providing youth workers and organisations with practical resources for supporting psychological wellbeing through non-formal education. Well-Being Lab will lead the INNERWISE Design Labs across the three partner countries, contributing its expertise in emotional regulation, psychological safety and experiential learning. By integrating psychological skills into everyday youth work, INNERWISE seeks to strengthen young people's wellbeing, resilience and capacity to participate actively in their communities.
